Cadaveric Training Labs

NEUROLAB offers two fully equipped cadaver laboratories, each with 10 surgical stations designed for advanced anatomical and surgical training. These labs provide:

  • Hands-on Dissection Courses: Focused on head and neck specialties, including neurosurgery, maxillofacial surgery, ENT, plastic surgery, dermatologic surgery, ophthalmology, and dentistry.
  • High-End Surgical Equipment: Stations equipped with instruments from leading brands such as AESCULAPSOERINGMEDTRONIC, and KLS MARTIN.
  • Microsurgical Training: Utilisation of operating microscopes from ZEISS and simulation tools from UPSURGEON.
  • Ethically Sourced Specimens: Compliance with international standards for donor consent and specimen handling, ensuring traceability and safety for all educational activities.
  • Advanced Preservation Techniques: Soft-preservation methods (e.g., Thiel) for realistic tissue handling during skull base and microsurgical procedures.

Medical Training & Education

Our centre is dedicated to delivering world-class surgical education through:

  • Specialised Courses & Workshops: Covering cranial, skull base, and complex head-and-neck procedures.
  • Hybrid Learning Environment: Integrated audiovisual systems for live streaming across floors and external platforms, enabling global participation.
  • Certified Programmes: Events organised under the auspices of major scientific bodies.
  • Conference & Seminar Facilities: A modern seminar hall accommodating up to 40 participants for lectures, case discussions, and interactive sessions.

Technical & Organisational Support

Event Management: In collaboration with PCO's, we provide full logistical and organisational support for educational events.

Safety & Reliability: UPS-backed power systems, voltage stabilisers, and diesel generator ensure uninterrupted training sessions.

Streaming & Recording: High-definition video capture and broadcasting for remote learning and archival purposes.
